Using the Services

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information where requested;
  • Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws;
  • Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Trials, subscriptions, and plans

Visibiliti may offer a time-limited free trial. The trial period, applicable usage limits, and plan pricing are described when you sign up or on our pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, trials convert to a paid plan at the advertised rate when the trial ends. You may cancel subject to the cancellation terms shown at signup.

  • Plan limits (including number of workspaces, free vs full reports, and refresh frequency) are enforced in-product and may change with notice for new billing periods.
  • Payment will be processed through a third-party provider when enabled; until then, plan changes may be recorded in your account for administrative purposes.
  • Upgrades typically take effect immediately; downgrades may apply from the next billing period where payment is in use.
  • Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policy stated at checkout or as required by applicable law.
  • After cancellation, we may retain your data for a limited period for legal and operational reasons, then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service or exceed fair-use guardrails.

Intellectual property

Visibiliti and its licensors own all rights in the Services, branding, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services according to these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” AI visibility insights and reports are informational and may not be complete or error-free. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visibiliti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Visibiliti's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise.
